The 121C Boards Limited Lifetime Warranty
Every new 121C board or deck is covered by our lifetime, original owner limited warranty.
121C Boards strives to make the highest quality cruiser decks made from 100% pure carbon fiber. While our decks have been tested to meet the most extreme conditions, they are not indestructible.
Warranty Policy
The 121C Boards Warranty lasts the life of the original owner. Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The warranty does not include shirts, stickers, or carabiners.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of product.
- The warranty does not cover damage that includes, but is not limited, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents, impact, or any other damages caused by uses other than intended.
- The warranty does include manufacturing and material defect that includes, but is not limited to, snapping and delamination.
If you have a repair issue past this warranty, please email shop@121cboards.com explaining your specific problem and we will do our best to assist you.
If you have claims due to manufacturing or material defect, we will arrange to have your deck replaced to you without charge. Depending on the defect, we will do everything we can to have your deck back to you in less than 3 weeks. We ask that the customer pays shipping fees and we will use the same shipping method to send it back to you. For you protection, we recommend all customers use a tracking method for shipping all returns. Please email shop@121cboards.com with any further questions you may have.
